The customer service technician was respectful and courteous. He sent me a detailed report of what was wrong with my car. The service technicians completed the work on my car in less than a couple hours. With the amount of work I needed, I thought I’d be without my car for a couple days. All of the technicians understood the assignment and made me a satisfied customer. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had to replace the "catalytic converter" in my Nissan Altima. Meineke replaced it and my vehicle is now running clean again! The staff in this office are very friendly. I'm happy with the results. Thanks once again.

I wish I could say my overall experience was great. I went in to get my ac looked at as it was only blowing cold from passenger side and not driver side. Long story short, after letting them have it for a week, they replaced alot of things and nothing fixed the problem. I was super stoked when they said it was ready. But when I got in the car and drove off the ac still didnt work properly. On top of this, a new problem was created. The air hose that attaches to the turbo, (which i assume they lossened to get where they needed to) popped of while I was driving putting it into a limp mode on the way home due to them not tightening the clamp on the hose. Very disappointed with the mechanic side of things. Thought i would get taken care of but unfortunately not. The desk people were the only g

Got an oil change on our VW Atlas in Warner Robins and before she got to Perry the oil plug blew out. We had to have a wrecker tow it back. They stripped out the drain plug. Fast forward to a few weeks later and the car is pouring oil out of the same place. We then again have to get it towed back. Now they are saying they aren’t responsible for the tow bill. I highly recommend not taking your vehicle to them!!!

I’ve been to this Meineke twice now and with two separate vehicles. As a female having car concerns, my prior car experiences have been less than ideal; especially when it comes to honesty from the Business side. Since coming to this Meineke Car Care Center, I’m elated at their knowledge, eagerness to assist, detailed work and won’t charge you if items/parts are not necessary. They give a detailed follow up report (with photos) of the work performed (and/or not performed-due to being unnecessary) and make suggestions along with the reason(s) for any and all work performed or suggested. Personally, I won’t take my vehicles or my families vehicles to any place other than this Meineke. They are polite and very professional as well, which is a tremendous welcome.
