Quick work! And super friendly staff. I felt comfortable and happy to be there. They got my car right in and discussed all concerns with the car without feeling pushy.

I am very impressed with Meineke. I typically go to Midas for an oil change, but they were booked up this weekend. I booked my appt online, and they had me in and out in less than an hour. Easy. The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful and professional, let me know what other issues my car may have, and very knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. I'll be taking my car here from now on.

I came in on Friday with a dead engine heater and no appointment. Had a new heater with me...wrong one. They not only worked me in but supplied a heater that fit. Where I live has been running 18 to 22 below for the last couple of weeks. Engine heater extremely important. Good people in this shop. Highly recommend them!!! Thanks guys!!!

I initially asked for tie-rod end replacement, because I was dealing with some shaking issues. The representative I spoke to told me he would do a suspension inspection and get the ice off the wheels which might do the trick. He was right, and it did. However, the inspection revealed that the tie rod ends do need replacing, but this information wasn’t shared with me over the phone. I had to go into the linked report and find it several pages deep in a pdf. By that time, I had already left the shop with my car. A little more nuanced customer service would have gone a long way, especially for a $225 inspection.

I dont usually write reviews but our wasilla meineke is amazing. We've got on old jeep cherokee that is an awesome car but with it's age there are issues that arise. With both of my recent visits i have been given truly exceptional service. Both times they staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty to be fast, friendly and honest. Both times I brought it in for one thing and they have found something else vital to be repaired. The first time it was wires from the vehicle (later identified as after market rigged lines for towing) that got wrapped up in the axles. Removed it at no cost then identified and replaced the incredibly worn out brakes at a great price the same day! This time we came in with it overheating. We were desperate to get it back running as we really needed
