I had a great experience at Meineke Car Care in Williamsburg. Damian, one of the sales associates, took excellent care of me from start to finish. He really took the time to listen to my needs, clearly explained what work was required, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. Damian went above and beyond to ensure my time wasn’t wasted, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to talk to, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this location and especially working with Damian

When I went in I expected to be treated like I was dumb because I'm a woman and every time I go to auto repair shops they always treat me like that. But these people were very nice, very polite, and treated me with respect. They got what I needed done in a timely manner. I would recommend you call and make an appointment instead of doing a drop off. It would just make you life go a lot smoother lol. But I definitely recommend coming here if you need anything done! You definitely won't be disappointed!

I scheduled a state inspection for my Tesla and the day of my interview a Meineke Employee called and told me that they needed to reschedule for next Saturday. So I went there on Saturday morning and was told that I needed Pucks or they couldn’t do the inspection. This is the first time that I’ve heard of this as a waste of time! Meineke did an inspection on my Tesla last year with no problems but now they are causing problems due to poor lack of communication. I definitely could have went somewhere else last week had I known this! I’ll never go back there!

Ive been to Meineke twice. And both times I received excellent customer service from DAMIAN. We had pleasant conversations about are similar interests while he did his job. Ive seen him deal with a difficult client, and he handled it perfectly. He talks and explains things to people in way they'll understand, and is overall friendly even after having a long day.
