Technician said he rotated my tires… He did not. I brought the car back in and the technician admitted to not Rotating the tires because he felt that It did not need it. He did not let his manager know. No blame here on the manager completely on the technician. Not happy… Likely will not return. Same thing happened to the guy sitting next to me earlier in the week and he had to bring his car back to get the tires rotated.

Please avoid this place, I got my oil changed November 10th 2025. My oil change is now due which I got serviced. The workers damaged my oil pan, left my splash shield unclipped, tighten my oil filter super tight to the point where another mechanic had to destroy the oil filter to get it off. Oil filters are suppose to be hand tighten. Also they left my oil plug drain loose. If it wasn’t for the mechanic that I have. My engine would have been completely damaged. Don’t go here they will cost your entire car to fail. My valve covers had be replaced due to wear and tear. The valve gaskets were still functioning. But they did serve damaged to the point where I had to spend unnecessary money for the valve gasket .Which were fine before hand. Also this terrible oil change job they did caused da

Consistently reliable and dependable service from a knowledgeable and friendly staff. On this visit a very rude and disrespectful woman was giving the manager a hard time about a reservation for an oil change that she clearly did not make there. Despite her ugly demeanor, the manager handled it professionally and calmly - several times attempting to diffuse the situation without success. This professionalism further backs up my reasons for returning to this location.

After waiting 2 hours for an oil change I was informed that a part your mechanic previously broke was causing an issue. I went in for a $70 job and it turned into 947 and some change. You people are ridiculous and I plan on reporting you to the better business bureau.

Manager showed up at the time he said he would on the morning after Labor Day. Needed repairs to virtually everything exhaust related were diagnosed late in the workday the previous Saturday. Work completed in a reasonable amount of time on Tuesday morning. They were willing to check another issue with my windshield washer, but unable to fix it. Staff was polite and professional.
