Just to be clear. I do like the people, their knowledge, and the way they do things there. But,! And a very big but, for me.. Had a brake controller installed a few months back and come to find out, it was mounted incorrectly. Causing the pendulum to not work properly. It has been the worst experience pulling my trailer since. Jerking everytime I apply brakes. Finally had someone replace with a pendulum free controller. Fixed! They should have known that would happen. Very unhappy about it. I didn't go there for good conversation.
