Melloy Chevrolet - Service

If you’re looking to have your cars issues fixed, start elsewhere! This service location is unreliable and just what you expect from a dealership. They apparently couldn’t provide an inspection of my family’s vehicle before informing us that the best option was to purchase a new one. When we first scheduled to get the car in, the guy over the phone seemed confident he could help us and left us feeling assured that our car was in good hands as we were hearing noises but had no check engine light yet. After four days, our car has no fix, no attempt to actually put eyes on the issue, no answers to our calls half the time, and no customer service to at least act like they care to help now that we’ve refused to move forward with getting a new car.

Jacob in the service department is very helpful and responsive! Jacob has been keeping me updated, always on a positive note! Very attentive and thorough to the repairs my Chevorlet truck is in need of! Jacob has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, resulting in an over all pleasant customer experience! Jacob is an asset.to Melloy Chevrolet! Thank you for putting forth the effort Jacob in providing quality service, as my truck has sentimental value!

Jacob was a great advisor and was very communicative with me with every step! My only complain is the 3% surcharge on the credit card transactions. This should be removed or compensated throughout the bill.
