Melrose Assisted Living

Went here this past Saturday for their trick or treating event to scout out the place. The staff were rude, and one in particular would not let us have a cookie even though the family before us all got a cookie, mom included. How they treat normal people shows how they would care for their patients. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am disabled and was inquiring about the location and services. I called many times and was directed toward the marketing department. It took over a month to get a response from marketing and it turned out that I wasn't even old enough to be considered. I had been really hopeful that I would get to go there. Their pics online looked like they took younger and disabled individuals so I thought maybe I had lucked out. One of the nurses I talked to said they have horrible WIFI internet and that everyone uses the same internet and basic cable. I wish it would have worked out. I was really in need of services.
