Everyone here is amazing my heater went out right before the cold weather and I have a young child these guys were able to squeeze me in and have my heated up again in 3 hours thank you all so very much will always go here from now on!!!!!

Great experience with Mel's, they are an extremely busy shop. I was able to get my car serviced at a reasonable rate 2/3 of what was quoted else where, along with sneaking in my problematic truck. Though they were transparent with communication and informed me their schedules are filled 10-14 days out and it may take a few weeks to get the truck in for diagnosis and possible repair. The gentlemen was very direct and forward with communication, which is appreciated as I have very limited knowledge in auto repairs and youtube only gets me so far 😄🤣. We discussed potential concern(s) recent home repairs done "alternator, starter, belts, powersteering gear box, new battery, fuses and relays" with no success. It was my first time experiencing Mel's Repair. I had been searching for an honest mechanic for some time when a friend referred me to Mel's. I am so glad she did! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable that I had chosen the best place for my car. Everyone I spoke with before and after they serviced my car was so friendly and spoke on my level about what was done and what things I might need to watch out for. I was amazed at the cost: much lower than expected. I have found my forever auto repair shop!

Absolutely terrible experience trying to schedule a basic pre-purchase inspection. We called Mel's Repair to ask if we could bring our car in two days from now (on Thursday), and the person who answered the phone was immediately unhelpful. They said, “We don’t actually have any openings Thursday,” and then just… stopped talking. No explanation, no offer to check other days, no alternative suggestions. So we had to ask them if there was any other day that might work, and their response was basically, “I guess sometime next week.” Again, zero interest in actually helping or providing any useful information.
