Melville Towing is hands down the best towing company we’ve ever dealt with. They’ve gotten us out of a lot of tough situations over the years, and last night was no exception. We broke down over 120 miles away and called Joe and his sons. They let us know they didn’t have any trucks available until early morning. I told him we’d just camp out in the truck and wait it out—but Joe wouldn’t hear any of it. He said, “No, I’m not letting you guys sleep in the truck. I’m headed there now.” Sure enough, he personally came out and towed us back safely—at 1AM—with no extra charge. That kind of commitment and care is rare these days.
