Eric is the best. I walked in on a snowy, busy day and they still finished everything in about an hour. They took care of my muffler, did an oil change, and gave me a very good rate, which I really appreciated. Everyone was really personable and welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable, they had snacks, and Eric even let me use his phone charger while I waited. He also pointed out a few additional repairs my car will need in the future and provided a free invoice so I could plan ahead—no pressure at all. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and the service felt honest and genuine. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. Support local—this place deserves it.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! The exhaust pipe on my Aviator cracked and was dragging the ground. I Googled muffler shops near me and began reading the reviews. All of the Muffler King reviews said the same thing, great service, great price. I had my truck towed there around 4:30, they close at 6. Eric, the owner, told me that he would stay late to fix my vehicle, and he did! You can’t get that kind of service anywhere these days. And the price was beyond fair. Thank you Eric. The Best shop around, I don't think i ever went to a auto shop and felt so welcome. The truth is Erik is just a great guy and he will tell you what's going on with the whole car. You can tell this man has great passion in what he does and he gives his all.Much respecto to that alone.Great job muffler king family ,everyone just go try him once and You will see.

Erik is by far the best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I've never had a vehicle run as smoothly as the fixer upper I bought and brought to him for work. Best of all, he went through each repair with me in a way that I could understand and provided pictures of the damaged parts he was replacing, something that I've found to be extremely rare with mechanics. My van rides great and feels safe and I have 100% confidence in taking any future work to the Muffler King. Being low income, pricing and affordability is a huge factor for me when it comes to getting work done and not only did Muffler King keep things in budget, but went with the most important repairs first without any dreaded upsell or pushing into things that I couldn't afford. This was my first time using this shop and they are great! I had my flex pipe replaced, the price was great the service was great and they have a very nice waiting area. I will definitely be using them again!
