Brought my vehicle in recently and was blown away by the level of **professionalism** and **outstanding service** from the entire team — especially Chris Guerra, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. Everyone was so **friendly** and genuinely helpful; Chris listened carefully, answered all my questions in detail, and was extremely **attentive** throughout the process without any pressure. The work was done flawlessly, and the cost was very **reasonable** — no hidden fees or surprises. Plus, the shop itself is spotless and **clean**, which makes waiting comfortable. I had a front passenger side flat tire. I went to PeP boys first who told me that they can’t repair this and I should replace all 4 tires although the other 3 tires have thousands of miles left in them. Techs at Melvin repaired the tire very efficiently and car is driving like new. A big thumbs up for the team.

Got my oil change and tires done here. Service was quick, staff was friendly, and everything was done right. Car rides great now. Fair prices too. I’ll definitely be back!

Chris and Kailey on the front desk are kind and respectful, they are also knowledgeable and informative and can answer all your questions. I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. They even service my 20 year old BMW. Willie, one of the best mechanics I know, has been there for 40 years. These guys know cars. If not for Chris and Willie I don’t know where I would go. Melvin’s was recommended to me by friends. They did a wonderful job replacing my tires. The two gentleman who helped me were very nice and professional and they had a vast selection of tires. (They had the specific ones I wanted.) I would highly recommend Melvin’s to anyone.
