This guy is simply unbelievable. We had a truck that went into derate and at first he was saying that he could help us by tricking the computer in ''resetting soot value''. The attempt was unsuccessful and the next morning he said that the unit needed to be baked or replaced altogether. We opted for cleaning, which he supposedly did, but after less than a month our unit still had trouble doing regen and had bad parameters. Plus, the gentleman charged us for new clamps but it can be clearly seen that he reused the old ones. The owner is going to lure you into a trap. At first he is a real sweet talker and acting like he is on your side and trying to help you, but when you confront him with a problem he gets all aggressive and confrontational, trying to make you like a fool as if you were t

They found the problem fast and had me back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time, and the price can’t be beat. Since then, whenever I’ve had an issue, I always come back because they take good care of me every time. Boss Santiago is awesome and his workers are knowledgeable, respectful, and know what they’re doing.
