They promised a two-month guarantee, but after we bought the car, we didn’t even get one day of assurance. We felt pressured to purchase because we really needed a vehicle, and the dealership seemed to push us into it. Before the sale, they assured us that the car had no issues, but after driving it, we noticed some concerning engine sounds—like a rattling or table-like noise. My son purchased a 2016 escape several days ago we thought the car lot was honest from the reviews we read the day he brought it home the brakes started squealing and grinding sound he bought it as is so he was just left with an extra expense to take it to the shop both front and back brakes and rotors are junk and the front tires have wires sticking out the good price that we thought he got on the car is now costing him 1700 dollars I am here at st louis with my son I live in a rural area where we don't treat one another like this buyers please beware of this car dealer
