Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis - Service Center

It's always a great experience working with Alex...he's always there for us...like a trusted friend. More importantly, he treats my wife's CLS like it was his car. He's very knowledgeable, always greets us with a smile and is so gracious and patient while answering our questions....how much better does it get????

Mercedes Annapolis service department is by far the best service I have ever received. I can safely say that because this is my 3rd visit as an out of town customer and their A++ customer service is consistent over the years. From the JR the receptionist to the folks in Parts and the Service attendants, they are all Second to None! Peter Herman didn’t just go the extra mile, he ran a marathon to help me. Seems like nails/screws love my tires when I visit my mom in MD. Anyway, I was on hold forever waiting to talk to my home dealership. Mr. Herman went and looked in my glove compartment and found the receipt that showed I had 4 new tires 5 months ago. Therefore I was due a new tire because I had hazard warranty.

Outstanding Service at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis – Peter is the Best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Peter always delivers exceptional customer service and support—knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful every time I bring my Mercedes in. He explains everything clearly, keeps me updated, and ensures the job is done right without any surprises. The service center is top-notch: certified techs use genuine parts, work is thorough and efficient, and the facility is clean and comfortable with great waiting areas. My car always comes back looking and driving like new—often with a complimentary wash! As a loyal customer from the area, this is my go-to for maintenance and repairs. Professional, reliable, and truly cares about the ownership experience. Highly recommend Peter and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Annap

Peter was fantastic! He went above and beyond to ensure I wasn’t incorrectly billed for a tire replacement that was covered under my warranty. If he hadn’t stepped in, I would have had to pay upfront and navigate a lengthy reimbursement process. Instead, he coordinated directly with the third-party provider so everything was handled properly, and I only paid for the additional maintenance service. After a long and stressful day dealing with a flat tire and being towed, his support and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Excellent customer service all around.

My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis has been nothing short of excellent, and I want to specifically recognize my account manager, Steve Nevitte, for going truly above and beyond. For quite some time, my 2022 GLE 350 had an ongoing issue where, at low speeds or during traffic stops, the check engine light would flash and the vehicle would enter limp mode. This was a persistent and frustrating problem that affected my confidence in the car and my overall driving experience. From the moment I brought my vehicle to Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis, Steve took full ownership of the situation. He listened carefully, showed genuine concern, and ensured the issue was thoroughly diagnosed and properly resolved — not rushed or brushed aside. His communication was clear, professional, and reass
