Brought the vehicle in for service due to an issue with noise in rear axle and feel this is a possible safety issue. Dealership found no problems and when requested to take a ride with the advisor or the technician , they said that they didn’t have time. So now we have to make yet another appointment and another trip just so we could drive it with them to verify issue. Updating my review, was able to make another appointment and verified with dealership on transmission shifting issues. Dealer did a software update and other trans-services. Was able to drive the vehicle afterwards with advisor and found the issues resolved. This should not have happened where we needed to make another appointment just to verify concerns and have advisor go on test drive, wasted customer time.

Patty is terrific! She arranged to replace the flat tire with a temporary loaner and when she was busy with another client gave me the paperwork to have a car. Service was excellent. She processed the tire claim and had it all done prior to returning the car. Thank you!
