everything was good, but the statements given to us during the signing for the loaner had so many restrictions like $5.00 for each gallon of Gas that is crazy when the gas at the pump is leas that $2.50. Then there are several warning about cleanliness of the car and a few other warnings added to it, makes it scary and cheap and out of the ordinary for a premium brand like Mercedes. Hope someone could look at it constructively

I’ve always had a great experience with Brian in Sales — I’ve purchased from him before and truly appreciate his professionalism. Unfortunately, this time the overall dealership experience has been very disappointing. During the vehicle orientation, one of the features wasn’t working. It was brushed off as a “battery issue” that would fix itself after driving. The technician never actually inspected the problem, and the issue still isn’t resolved. I’ve followed up multiple times, and as of October 30th, nothing has been fixed. The dealership promised a valet pick-up that never happened, and now I’ve been given a regular service appointment a week away — with no urgency for a brand-new car issue. First time I'm hearing this from any shop, period, they charged a diagnostic fee for $399 that doesn't go against the repair bill if the car is repaired by them. I understand and agree that you pay for diagnostic and then take the vehicle for another shop to repair it but this is a first... a diagnostic that most of the times won't take over a hour they will charge $399 regardless. I am super disappointed with Mercedes itself and their service.
