Never been here. Always done pick up and delivery which I appreciate. Jami, my service advisor there, is nice and very responsive. Vincent, who schedules appointments and seems to be a jack of all trades, is also very nice and responsive. I have been getting my cars serviced at Morristown for the last 10 years. I only tried Flemington because my car had a flat and it was within towing distance. I can say I'm pleasantly surprised with Flemington's team. I've had some rattles in my C43 for a while and Morristown kept telling me they were normal and never fixed them. I tried Flemington. I was not able to drive in to show them so I didn't have too much hope. I sent videos to Jami and put stickies where I thought the rattling was coming from. The rattles seem to have been fixed so I'm very happ
If i could give 0 starts i would , they have the worst service team . They are a ripoff by all means. I would run the car in a ditch and not take it to them.
What amazing service. Stopped in for an issue and they helped me with my problem and got me back on the road in no time. Great personal service. Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend the service department here.
