Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown Service Center

Ben at Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown provided outstanding service from start to finish. The service team picked up my car directly from my office and left me with a loaner, which made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. My car was returned with a full tank of gas, freshly tinted and detailed, and it looked amazing. The convenience, professionalism, and customer service was incredible. Both Ben & the service team members who picked up my car from me were so kind, remembering the most convenient spot to pick my car up & insuring that everything was done right while wishing me a Merry Christmas. I was very impressed with the entire experience that Ben facilitated and thankful for the seamless service.

The young man who served as my service advisor was named Jerry. He was great! Very friendly, professional and kept me well informed. I think he told me he was either new, or in training, but either way, Jerry was awesome to deal with. Also, the crew that checks you in when you pull into the garage were awesome too, as usual.

I tried to book a maintenance appointment, and the moment I mentioned I have the prepaid maintenance plan, the staff member rushed to end the call. It left me feeling like they didn’t value my business. I’ve already had second thoughts about purchasing a Mercedes, but working with Dan Warren, the former service director, made the experience worthwhile — he always treated me with respect and care. Unfortunately, since his departure, things have completely changed. The level of service is no longer the same, and the way the front desk handled me today only added to the disappointment.

Excellent customer service. The complimentary Uber ride to work was a plus, so thanks, Jarrod! I saw a very nice sports car that I'll NEVER be able to afford, but still an eye candy...
