Such a disappointment…I can for estimation for change of my rear wheel braking pads. They told me a really nice price. Then the day I showed up, the person who gave me the price didn’t even show up and the actual price they told me was double!!!! After negotiation the guy named Walter said instead of 900$ I will charge you 540$…what??? How much of a scam should it be that you can bring down the price so much after 5 mins of negotiation? Just unbelievable

I'm enjoying my new GLE AMG. I did my lease with Saif, great salesman, good follow up, no issues with him. Only 2 stars for reasons listed: 1. Came time to use the prepaid windshield protection from Perma Plate on my lease agreement and the windshield protection is somehow not in Mercedes' system. No one from finance ever called me back. Had to text Saif on his day off. Luckily he took care of getting service the copy of my lease. 2. When scheduling the work, Mercedes Laguna service department rep said they don't do windshield repairs, they'll replace it fully when I asked about these options. Took off work, drove from Woodland Hills to Laguna for a 7am appt. Told me their Perma Plate insurance won't approve full windshield replacement, only repair the crack, which I will need to get done

I was there 1/28 for my car wash-no one to greet me and accept my keys for 10'", then was told it might be up to an hour. The car wash itself was fine but the wait was actually 1.5 hours! Very disappointing for MBZ! The only response that I received (twice) was, "Oh, sorry about that-we're a bit short staffed today". This seems very unacceptable to me-and I have to wonder if this excuse is used often.

Saw a 2014 Honda with very low mileage and only 1 owner. Drove up, they beat the APR rates of my credit union. Car was immaculate inside and out. 1 blemish. Car was filed up, cleaned, and ready for pick up. Thanks Cory you guys rocked it! Yes, when I'm looking for another vehicle, I will contact them. The drive was not an issue. The return drive was horrible, but that was to be expected.

I am living in nearby Laguna Beach having been displaced from Pacific Palisades by the fire. I needed a break light replaced and I called the nearby dealer in Laguna Niguel and they couldn't have been nicer on the phone. They booked me in an hour. Amazing. I drive over and the service technician, John, got my key and sent me to the lounge where I had my laptop and headphones. It wasn't longer than the first song before he was back. He shook my hand and said "your car is out front". He had replaced the bulb himself and got me out of there in 10 minutes and at no cost. Um... That is amazing. Very worthy of a 5-star review.
