Mercedes-Benz of Littleton Service

I have been very impressed with the service department here in Littleton. They have taken such good care of me. I have bought two cars from Mercedes-Benz of Littleton so far, and about to buy my third soon. I keep coming back partly because the service that I get here is so top notch! They always have a loaner for me. They've even returned my car to me twice now and saved me the drive. Which I absolutely love!! All the girls who answer the phone are always super sweet and helpful. I've worked with Jeanine and Roxy the most, and they're both wonderful. Polite, professional, and concerned with satisfying the customer. A+ This is why I pay Mercedes prices. This was a very good experience. We found some pre-existing damage on the car we bought used and they repaired it at no cost. We would recommend this dealer for service. The work done was top notch.

I purchased a car through MB of Littleton and it was the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The sales team (Cody) was incredibly knowledgeable, as was the finance office. After-sale care has been excellent as well. I’ve had some aftermarket service done and they are a class act, all the way. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience from making the call to schedule (scheduler was SO nice and accommodating) to the service rep. All while traveling through Colorado. I even had to reschedule to the next day, due to so upgraded work being done, and they again graciously accommodated. Thank you all!

The team at MB Littleton was very helpful. Ernesto was a huge help with getting our insurance coverage applied and keeping us in the loop during our repair. The techs I met were super helpful and informative as to what they suspected our issues were and how to fix them. Thanks again guys. They fixed our DPF issue and replaced both front axles.
