I have always had a positive experience with John and the sprinter Service center. They provide videos with the repairs that need to be made so you don’t have to question the legitimacy of it. They provide fair estimates and amazing turnaround speeds. They even can provide a loaner car if needed. I couldn’t ask for more. You have a customer for life?

Love them for taking care of my new car. They changed tires aligned multi inspection and gave me a brand new car as loaner. Best part was Communication and comfort. Didn't pressure me to buy more services than I went for. Definitely worth their service and customer relations people ♥️

Fast, friendly service! I was having emissions issues with my Sprinter and they were able to get me in later that week. My tech Bob J was great! He replaced the def tank and gave the vehicle a good lookover after I had expressed concerns about a small oil leak. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! 👍👍

Awful experience with Jenny service advisor. Unfortunately, on the day of our service, we were treated poorly by Jenny. She made mistakes in her calculations and we had to show her several proofs to convince her. I'm not sure if there is a 24-hour recording camera on the premises, but if there is, please review the recorded discussion between her and the clients on that day. You will see how we were treated like unvalued customers. I wanted to speak to the branch manager at that time, but she refused and said that the manager was not available that day and promised to have him contact us. No one contacted us yet!

The other day, the sunroof glass of my Mercedes exploded, and I was inside. I called the police, and they said it was from the heat. I went to the Mercedes service center. Even though I told them this, they took $5,200 from me. I won't let up on this. I will pursue the case to the very end.
