“Had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa! John McGuire was fantastic kind, attentive, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. He troubleshot with me, provided options based on affordability, and was incredibly knowledgeable about Mercedes. He checked in every 20 minutes with updates and reassurances, making the whole process smooth. The service team handled all necessary repairs and maintenance efficiently. The dealership itself was a great place to wait—friendly staff, a comfortable environment, and plenty of cool cars to check out. Highly recommend
We have used Mercedes Sunrise hwy a few times for our C300 & Metris. They have been very reliable and quick with service & repairs. Just this week we needed emergency repairs on the Metris steering and they were able to expedite the parts and had it repaired and ready on a Saturday. We also really appreciate the complimentary pickup/dropoff service, we definitely needed it from Plainview. We highly recommend this dealership.

Great experience with John McGuire (excuse the spelling) dropped off my GLC63 and he was able to expediently contact me regarding the issues and order the parts etc. overall a very pleasant experience with MB Massapequa - Only Complaint I have is that: Call back is not very prompt or even available….. 5/5 stars before but I’ve talked to reception multiple times across different days requesting a call back but I all I got back was text messages. Only thing I wish they can do better is ACTUALLY call back and not juts a text message ….. - Eric W
