They take the time to find the right parts, explain options, and make sure everything is handled quickly and professionally. By far the best service we received. We had issues with our Sprinter during our trip, and Daniel and his team repaired everything within a very reasonable timeframe. They were very open and understanding, and they went out of their way to accommodate us during the repairs. I highly recommend them — I would go out of my way to return to this dealership.

If I could give 10 stars then this dealership would get it. I am on vacation from Southern Vermont and on the way down started getting messages saying I only had 10 starts left and my check engine light came on. I called this dealership and Marc said to bring it down the next day and he would try to fit me in. When I brought it down this morning, they not only fit me in but took my motorhome right in. It only took a couple of hours to fix the problem and they had me headed back to the beach for my vacation. I owe Daniel and the entire service department a huge debt of gratitude. They were my god send.

I was camping in the area in a Mercedes Sprinter motor home. I was with my wife ( who is handicapped), and our pet. We didn’t pull an additional car so the camper was our home as well as transport. I noticed an oil leak so getting it repaired was essential. I contacted Dan Burke ( assistant service manager) and explained our situation and he was able to schedule an emergency appointment to see the camper. The long and short of this was he was able to see the problem, lend us a loaner car and have the repair done all in the same day. He went above and beyond of what I would consider normal customer service. Hats off to Dan, and thanks so much.
