Mercedes-Benz of Naperville Parts Center

Brought my car in for a B1 service and a clicking noise my car has begun to make when I start it. I have had this car for less than a year, 30k miles and the tires were bald. Based on the CPO report, the car was sold to me with bald tires. No integrity within the sales team and they do a horrific job at explaining services and warranty. A lot of what the sales rep told me initially turned out to not be true. when I brought up the clicking noise, the techs said they had no idea what I was talking about.. well, based on the CPO REPORT the mechanic doing the inspection noted a clicking noise! Instead of doing their job they gaslit me. I really regret not buying that BMW now. These people BLOW. Will not be going back. Spent 1k, 70% of the cost was labor. Whatever they’re making is too much.

I cannot describe what a terrible experience I had at Mercedes-Benz of Naperville. After the certified used car I bought failed to make it home from the dealership and was taken back to be fixed, my calls and messages were repeatedly ignored. The car was dropped off at my house and still unable to be driven and again I was ignored so they could avoid admitting their mistake and taking the car back. The treatment I received was terrible and I would warn anyone to stay away from this dealership.
