Mercedes-Benz of Naples Service Center

Just bought a CLE300 convertible, and took it to back to the dealership have the clear coat protection applied. Went to pick it up and the outside looked perfect. The dash and interior wasn’t really finished. My service advisor Herm stepped in and made it happen by early the next day. I learned that the MB of Naples service department is really great. I owned businesses for 40 years and understand that everything isn’t always perfect, but it’s how you handle it that really matters. Can’t say enough good about this dealership from the time I walked on the lot to today.
