I recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes-Benz from a non-Mercedes dealer and needed to visit an authorized dealership to update the VIN ownership and set up the Mercedes Me app. I stopped by the Sanford, FL Mercedes-Benz dealership without an appointment, and from the moment I walked in, Danny went above and beyond to help. He greeted me at the door, offered assistance right away, and patiently walked me through setting up the app on my phone and pairing it with my vehicle. He also took care of updating the VIN ownership in the system.
