My husband took his car to get a full diagnosis on Wednesday morning. The representative Natalie was very rude and unprofessional. His car was at the location for 3days with no movement. He finally gets his car back and there is damage to the rear passenger side. He told Natalie about this and she brushed him off and said his bumper was that way when he bought it in. She then handed us to a manager who was not professional at all and insisted the damage was there already. He just brought the car a week ago with no damage brings it here and this is what happens. We will never bring any of our cars here again. If you want customer service and your car undamaged go somewhere else. Worst service ever.
