Avoid this place at all cost. Personally, I will avoid this brand in general. First, they don’t give loaners to anyone who didn’t buy their vehicle from them. Second, they broke the clips on my center caps for my rims, and lied about it. Third, they broke my airbag, put my vehicle back together, and told me the vehicle was safe to drive “the manager”, only for me to find my vehicle sagging the next morning. Before calling, I looked over my paperwork to see if they mentioned anything about it on the paperwork. They wrote vehicle not safe to drive, suspension may fall. However, they watched my wife drive this vehicle away. What if she would’ve been hurt or worse? Corporate is powerless and claim the dealer has say so over how they run their dealership. He takes the time to clearly explain the exact mechanical work your luxury vehicle needs and even asks about your own understanding of what may be going on. I have purchased four cars from this dealership over the years, but after my recent experience with service writer Dawn (Dawn D'Argenio), I will never return to their service department again. Scheduled service 2 weeks in advance. Waited in lobby for 30 minutes. No loaner available (no big deal) . I asked how long until service would be provided. I was told at least a week before they would be able to look at it! Like a Seinfeld episode “ they took the reservation, they just could keep hold it!

Extremely disappointing and concerning service experience. I was charged for an auxiliary battery replacement that was recommended and performed before proper diagnostics, despite there being no auxiliary battery warning. The only message shown was “Stop vehicle – leave engine running.” I later confirmed with multiple other Mercedes-Benz dealerships that in this situation only the main battery should be replaced and the auxiliary battery should not be changed. When questioned, the recommendation was explained as coming from practices at another brand and later reframed as “preventative maintenance,” which resulted in unnecessary added cost. I also had difficulty obtaining my own service invoices and was told I needed to return in person just to have receipts emailed. Management refused
