Alec at Mercedes Benz of Westminster is the type of person that keeps Mercedes a solid brand. I drive a Sprinter van for work. The level of his response when it comes to repairs is second to none. And honest! I bought my new sprinter from MB of Littleton and have never been treated worse at the a service department. They couldn’t be bothered dealing with a warranty issue when the van had 120 miles. Do not go there! Save yourself the headache and go to Westminster. They treat everyone the same. And when it comes time to dealing with a sprinter, Alec is the man!
