As far as dealerships go, This is a great one. Treated me as a customer not just a way to make profit. Was not pushy, listened to me and the place was so clean. Final dealing process was smooth too, definitely lives up to the name.

Paul Twigg is the worst sales rep you could ever deal with. He led me on a goose chase, had me go through financing process just to tell me I wasn’t able to pickup the vehicle. Then the sales manager saul called me to explain the situation but ended up contradicting himself and then told me “don’t put words in my mouth”. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. You’re better off purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.

What a great experience picking up our beautiful Mercedes C-300 today! We had one-on-one attention from the general sales manager Gus, the finance manger Josh, and our salesman Paul. All 100% friendly, courteous and professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
