I cannot say enough good things about Marcus. My emergency happened around 1:00 in the morning on a dark road in Ponte Vedra, Florida. My entire transmission went out without warning, and I was stranded with my seven children. My phone battery was at 8%, and the first two people I called didn’t answer.
