They took good care of me, and my car. When I failed emissions due to the check engine light, I took my car here because they seemed trustworthy (by looking at their reviews) and they also participate in the state program, which pays for part of your repairs if you fail emissions. They are very communicative, and very friendly! They even sent me home with a bunch of goodies and home baked banana bread.. :D I would definitely bring my car here again. Thanks again, you guys!

Took my car in on a Thursday morning with an annoying rattle coming from the rear of the vehicle. Mercie J's was able to diagnose the issue before noon that same day. They called me with a quote and a timeframe. My car was ready on Monday by 5:30pm and the total bill was several hundred dollars LESS than the original quote. Mercie J's was recommended to me by family members and a former employee. They all emphasized this shop's honesty and integrity. My car is driving better than ever and I will definitely continue using Mercie J's for my future car care needs.

I had full brake work done earlier this year at 2 places. The front brake rotors already warped within 9 months. The rear brake job was not done correctly. This issue was causing my car to shake when I would brake. Mercie J got me in first thing Monday morning and fixed the issue. Wonderful and very friendly employees. I highly recommend Mercie J!
