We were looking for a good car for my 21-year-old daughter. Spencer and Igor were extremely helpful with the car we inquired about (a Toyota Prius). overall experience was excellent. The dealership was clean and modern. There was no pressure with the sale. They let us take the car for a test drive on our own. they have followed up with us after the sale as well. I did notice that all the cars on the lot appeared very, very nice.

I live a few states away & the process to get a vehicle with Merit has been great. Igor, was great going through the process of financing & all that. He never pushed or rushed me to buy the vehicle I wanted & made it pretty comfortable. Spenser was also great help with the delivery side of the vehicle i was buying. He answered the few questions I had about the delivery process & kept me updated about the delivery. Overall Merit was a great place to buy a Vehicle from even if you're a few states away!

I'll start by saying this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've had; definitely in my top two, with the second being the purchase of my Widebody Challenger. Spencer was awesome; knowledgeable, personable, and respectful. I think I most enjoyed that fact that I did not feel crowed at Merit Auto, which tends to happen at most dealerships. But he handed me the keys and allowed to view and one-over the vehicle to my hearts desire. Furthermore, I recall receiving one text message from him, was also refreshing; as I was getting so many texts and calls from other dealerships multiple times a day since expressing interest.
