I needed new tires for my Toyota Tundra and an alignment to follow. I was quoted the best price for the tires anywhere I looked in Jax. I was able to get the car in the next day and the whole process was quick and easy. My alignment seemed a bit off after driving off the lot, but the rep informed me that since it was a common issue with Tundras, to let him know. I called back shorty after driving off and was able to get back in the next day and get it corrected the second time, no charge! Don't see myself taking my truck back to any other place then Merit Auto, thanks guys! P.S. Ask for Ven when in need of service, he was excellent!

My car went in for a major engine failure and I hoped it would be covered by the vehicle service insurance that I had. It was and Ven from the service department took care of the whole process. Good communication and they even took care of my $100 deductible as I brought the car to them. Purchased 2 cars and now used the repair services. Will continue to keep coming back for all our future needs.
