Extremely rude and representation is poor. They have a lot of vehicles, they’re on the higher end of the used car market but the vehicles come with a lot more damage. The customer service is horrible. We opted not to buy a vehicle, and went next door to a business that is separate, but shows cars too. We already had an appointment to see a vehicle there. When we asked if the car was ready, the sales man from Merit Auto told the employees not to sell us the car we wanted and then tried to give us a better offer for the vehicles that we did see at Merit.

I appreciate Hamza's help with my purchase of a 2019 Hyundai Accent. The car was quite clean and in wonderful working condition. I'd recommend Hamza and this dealer to anyone looking for a used car.
