Good experience per usual, made an appointment for an oil change as I try to get in early as it can get pretty busy at this location. The price for an oil change here is pretty reasonable as prices have indeed gone up. I appreciate that they also look over the vehicle to check for any underlying issues that may arise and there is no additional fee for this. Thanks Jose and the staff for the great service!

I was having a bad day and knew I needed some work on my vehicle. Money was tight. Steven was great. Talk to me. Offered me some options and I was able to get all my brakes done pads and all and walk out with the car like Brand new! Thank you for your excellent service and efficiency!

Why can’t they even give a solid price quote for battery replacement?! Over phone they said cost usually around $250, which is equivalent to what I found online for cost of battery. Made appointment, took half hour to tell me battery is expensive and total would be $490! What the heck! I left. Waste of time. He tells me that they don’t get good deals on batteries…so FYI. I gave two stars cuz at least he was honest there.

Today I went in to Merlin’s today because my clutch pedal was unresponsive and I was serviced by Mr Steven. They took my car in and conducted an inspection and professionally informed me what happened with my vehicle. I sat in their lounge area and waited as they immediately performed their inspection and within an hour all things were sorted for a highly competitive price. These people are a Godsend.
