Sales Prioritized Over Service: Unprofessional Workmanship and Potential Damage.....!!! I have been a loyal customer at this Midas location for several years, but my most recent visit was entirely unacceptable. I arrived at 11:15 AM for a scheduled 11:30 AM appointment for an oil change and alignment. Key Issues: Negligent Service & Cleanliness: After a long wait, I discovered the technician had failed to secure the engine air filter housing properly. Additionally, the engine cover was left stained with oil and dirty fingerprints. Sales Tactics: While my car sat in the bay, manager was laser-focused on "closing" me on a repair quote exceeding $5,700 for the rack and pinion and CV axles. It felt as though the focus was entirely on a high-ticket sale rather than the quality of the servic

i’ve had great experiences every time coming here. as a younger adult woman, the work of these employees is outstanding, especially when it comes to explaining your car needs in a way that i would understand. they always provide me with options and their own personal routes that they would recommend, coming from a place of genuine concern for you and your cars needs. zach and tony are exceptional listeners, they will listen to what you need done, are honest about the work and labor needed, and will get your car in and out easily. highly recommend coming here with any car maintenance needed!

I only have good things to say about this place. When I gotvthere they were nice, welcoming and super helpful. I went to get my car checked because I’m going on a long trip and they took the car and inspected it and showed me everything the car had. Zach Lowe was super helpful, he helped me understand what was wrong with my car and I needed a new part and he made sure to have it as soon as possible at the shop and installed. Also, Luke gave a ride back to my house since it was close while they were working on my car. Zach and his team were great, will 100% come back.

Great experience every visit. I’ve had both of my vehicles serviced here and the communication, honesty, and transparency really stand out. They keep you informed and don’t push unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend!

Remarkably fast! Friendly service & they got me in same day. Battery was replaced in about 15 min. Both parts and labor were lower than I was expecting to pay AND I shopped price before coming here! Highly recommend!
