Beyond awesome owner. Our starter went out on our generator and he fit us in. They took the generator out and we traveled way Scto Ride Out Ranch where we had full hookups and corrals for the horses. We were late getting there to get it reinstalled ( long drive) but were still beyond gracious. We had had our air filter welded in Albuquerque, we were warned temporary fix and to get entire assembly replaced. He had one on the shelf and replaced that for us as well. I can’t speak highly enough of Mesa Precsion.

Jeff was recommended to me by another shop who wasn’t able to accommodate me. I have now taken my RV on board generator in for service a couple times and I’m always pleased with Jeff and his mechanic. They are knowledgeable, kind and helpfully fast. Jeff is a five star business owner and is very fair with pricing. Most recently Jeff fixed my on board RV generator starter when it started having issues grinding on startup. My 2008 Powertech 8KW diesel generator in my 40 ft diesel motorhome was struggling in the Arizona desert. I drove the motorhome to Mesa Precision. Jeff helped right away, very quickly the generator was removed, and I drove away to a campground in Quartzite with hookups. About 3 weeks later the big repair was done--top notch parts and expert work. I've now been back in the desert for 5 weeks using the generator every day. It runs perfectly. If you need the very best possible work and you want peace of mind, then Mesa Precision is place to go. They are positively the best!!!!

I'm so happy to see so many incredible reviews for this company because I had the same experience. I have a mobile dog grooming company and, unfortunately, my generator failed to start at my first appointment yesterday. I called them after being referred to them by a fellow mobile groomer. They got me in immediately and were done within a few hours. The cost was so much less than I expected and I truly am thankful as a small business owner. I have already referred all the mobile groomers that I know to this place, and I will be back for sure!
