EDITED: I've to admit that I am pleasantly surprised that the management admitted their mistake about our trailer and made it right for us. I'm still displeased with other promises not kept, like the security gate (which was a huge reason we chose this park), but they did resurface to pool and some of the streets, so they're trying. Don't move here. It sucks. They've been promising a security gate for 4-5 years and still have absolutely nothing planned. They will give you special permission to park a vehicle in a visitor space overnight and then have it towed the very next morning for $380. They promise everything and deliver nothing. Don't be fooled by pretty houses and words. There's a reason everyone is abandoning their mobile homes here.

That clubhouse is beautiful! Marcia the manager was very kind and patient! Sales agents were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I don’t fit the age requirements. But I will be back when I do!

If you move in here you will DEEPLY regret it! There is a reason there are a lot of places for sale at a very low price. If you really look at the reviews that are 5 stars, a majority of them are from people who don’t live here, nor have ever lived here. Yelp reviews give this place a 1 star. To give you an idea why I am posting this review: 1. Significant hidden fees AFTER you move in 2. You will have less rights in the home that you OWN as opposed to living in an apartment 3. Rules that you will find out about AFTER you move in (that you probably will not agree with) that seem to change without notice 4. Not a safe community – theft, a shooting, and homeless people walking the park at night 5. Mediocre amenities that don’t work a majority of the time 6. Significant turnover of staff

amazing quiet clean people are so nice - you need a golf car though because you walk everywhere in the park - clubhouse- pool - games ...
