Don't go to MESA TIRE place it's too expensive they wanted to charge me close to 800 dollars to replace a water pump water pump only was 70 dollars. Go to California brake works and auto repair this business gives you a fair price

Luis and Richard did a professional job diagnosing the issue with my brake system. My car is a bit different than most when it comes to the brakes and the computer system that runs them but they correctly identified the issue that another mechanic was not able to and took care of the problem so I could drive home confidently. They communicated well and helped me understand what was going on when I asked questions about it. I would return for a brake service/pad or rotor replacement here because I trust their judgement.

Had been here a couple of times and won’t be going back. One of the last times I went one of the guys broke my lug nuts but decided to go back because of the service I had received from the two other guys that are there. Today the owner Luis gave me confirmation that I wouldn’t be going back. I went in to get my wheels installed. He came out and made a face and said he couldn’t do it because it was going to take a long time to do it. I understand that some services require more time but as a business owner he could’ve had different approach to this situation.

Sent my wife in with two brand new tires to have them mounted. On the way home she noticed the car was riding ruff and bouncy. In the morning I checked the tire pressure which was 47 psi cold! way over the 42 psi it should be. A day later she said the car was shacking badly at 60+ mph so I took it for a ride and noticed the same thing. Told her to go back to Mesa Tires and have them rebalance the wheels. Upon arrival she was told by "Joe " that they do not balance the rear wheels because they are just following the front wheels ???? What a bunch of BS! The incompetence and lying is mind blowing at this place. " Joe " told her that they could check the car out for vibrations at a additional $45 and assured her its not the rear wheels.
