Called to get a quote for a piece of shower glass. I told them the order was a repeat of another order I made for a previous customer. They said we’ll work up a quote and call you later. After a month of not hearing anything I called back to get the glass ordered. I told them I wanted the scotch guard added to the window and the self stick track. They said it would be additional cost and I said that was no problem. Fast forward a few weeks, get the glass. No scotch guard so self stick track. This is the second piece of glass I’ve order through them (first was under a different name) and both missed the mark

Bought my shower glass and paid for rounded corner and it came with square corner. I wouldn’t recommend them. They wanted me to pay a restocking fee to return it and get what I paid for. 👎👎

This place was my go to for the longest time, but no more. They had a great front desk guy, he moved on and was replaced by a person who doesn't listen. Then their installers who knows who to talk to decides to just walk around restricted areas, and decides that talking to the contact person was not important.

Nice, friendly staff. Quickly took measurements for replacement glass I needed for a front window. Said it'd take one week for delivery as they need to obtain from their warehouse. So far, I'm satisfied with service I've experienced.

Very friendly staff, gentlemen Jerry who took care of my initial order/replacement glass request definitely showed great pride and customer service!!! Was told glass would be ready by Wednesday, dropped off broken piece Friday received call order was complete and ready for pick up on Monday!!! 2 days before expected very impressive!! Fit perfectly when I got home!!! Would highly recommend this place!!! Thanks guys for the fast, friendly and great customer service!!!
