Derick was the only one to answer the phone on a Sunday when my children and I were broke down in Tiffin. He was very professional, plus got the car right in. Super impressed by this guy! I'm a single mom with 4 kids under my roof, we all work and need the vehicle.(and he didn't even know this). Derick was literally our Guardian Angel/ Superman today in a very scary situation. I had troubles with my van on a Thursday, he was able to get me in the next day. He communicated with me on what the problem was and when he would have it finished. I was able to get my van back Saturday morning. Wonderful service and very polite! Will definitely be going back and recommend to others!!
