Outstanding Service! Tiffin Brake & Wheel was recommended to me by a co-worker who praised their fair pricing and down-to-earth attitude. After my visit today, I can confidently say they were absolutely right. I had been dealing with an annoying squealing sound coming from my rear wheel. After replacing the brake pads myself and still hearing the noise, I decided it was time for a professional opinion. When I called, they let me know they were fully booked until October, but still offered to take the car for a quick test drive to assess the issue. After that, the owner generously fit me into their packed schedule and took a closer look. Turns out the parking brake, tucked behind the rear rotor, was rusted and falling apart. Called to schedule an appointment and they were very informative and got me in to fit in my schedule. After dropping my car off, I received an update on what needed done and why. After work was complete, I went to pick up my car and they explained what happened and what I had to keep an eye on for the next 100 miles. I am very happy with the service and have no complaints, best place to get work on your car done. 10/10 all around and would highly recommend. They even gave my daughter a hand made owl (see attached picture).
