I have put over 7,300$ into my car at this point. I have only missed one payment and still I’m met with hostility an answering service who doesn’t know how to do anything. They say they’re really “helpful” but at this point what help is your after hours answering service if they can’t do anything? You’re paying extra money for someone to sit there. Teach them to do something that helpful and useful to our clients or get rid of them. I also blew 2 tires this week and had to pay 400$ to replace. I had to replace the whole engine you guys gave me. I also had to replace struts wheel bearings and more. Basically rebuild the front end. And pay for a new AC discharge hose. I will never purchase a car from here again.

They took such good care of me and could not have asked for anything better! Will and Jerry both were very kind to me in a very vulnerable time of my life. They honest, even provided the carfax without me even asking! Talk about transparent! I would send anyone here and look forward to working with them in the future as well! Thank you guys for easing my stress and making this a smooth deal!

Buy here pay here…sometimes it good sometimes it’s not. I’m thankful I was able to get a car but I should have done more research on this place. I’ve only had my car 3 months now and have already had to replace the breaks and rotors and now I have to replace my battery. Yes I understand that a joy of having cars but I feel like Carlots are slacking.

First off my fiance got two cars from them the first car she got there she called them and said she would be a little late on a payment they said ok me and my fiance was driving to work they decided around 11:45 at night to shut the car off while we was driving on the highway and we was almost hit by a semi truck we had to call the police they came out we called Metcalf Auto and told them what happened the lady did not even care and they are not reliable the police officer said yes they are if we would have gotten killed. if you are late or behind on a payment they will shut the car off and they do not care what happens to you Frank is a rude and he tries to threaten on the phone but it's because he's usually talking to a woman tough little man. I’ve been through a lot of places many people said this place was no good. but they literally helped me out when no one else would I would recommend your come here and just be honest with them…We love you Metcalf Auto Plaza And thanks for everything.
