My experience is much like the reviews, hit and miss with this shop. Multiple vehicles and repairs through the years and it just seems not as reliable for quality care since it changed ownership. Some repairs done well some not and or overpriced or charged more for inferior parts. More important picking up after over 1k + in repairs to find problems not mentioned or fixed. Seems like they just do not care whether they have loyal customers anymore and just keep paying for expensive advertising. Go ahead, play roulette and gamble. Find out if you experience professional customer care and consideration or are another finding the service and price was regrettable. I've spent thousands of dollars there . My first red flag was when they did a tune up and replace the spark plug wires without replacing the spark plugs. My final straw was when they had me pay 3k essentially for a tune up that was improperly done three years ago . Charged 7 hours of labor for an oil pan gasket replacement . When I got it back it still didn't run right . I took it back but they just let it idle without driving it , said their was no issues. I pointed out to them a crack on the radiator . They said "we'll call you after the first of the year". I already set up service elsewhere. When people ask me to "support local" I find it amusing since this "local business " screwed me over. Excellent service! Diagnosed and fixed a death-wobble in my Jeep Wrangler. Price was reasonable and they completed the job on time. Dawn, at the front desk, was was very friendly and accommodating. 100% recommended!

I have waited over 2 years to write this hoping I would calm down. I was in Taos (1200 miles from home)with my Nissan X Terra and attempted to have this company examine my engine and transmission. I wrote on a note attached to the steering wheel to CONTACT MY WARRANTY COMPANY before working to get permission so that any needed repair would be covered. They failed to do this and I ended up in a hotel for 10 days and after handing them over $500.00 to "tear things down" They called me in like a hospital would and told me that the repair would be over 11 THOUSAND DOLLARS . I was given my car back having to tow it from Metric Motors with the back area filled with removed parts in boxes.
