Metro Car Wash

Car always comes out with spots of dirt. Workers get irritated when asked to pre wash the car. The actual carwash isn't sufficient to clean the vehicles. NEVER has the entire car been cleaned. Waste of money 😔 You'd think Small town customer service would be a bit more thoughtful.

I have had positive experiences here in the past, but unfortunately, today’s service was disappointing. Despite leaving a $10 tip, my truck did not receive the usual attention with a scrub brush that I have come to expect. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return unless absolutely necessary, and I would be unlikely to leave a tip in the future.

Absolutely the worst 16 dollars I haven’t spent. If you need the dust off your car and you don’t mind rude employees this is the perfect car wash for you. If you have bugs in the windshield or the anywhere for that matter, you’ll need to go home and clean it yourself.

I was handed a hose and told to clean an active car wash tunnel — with zero training. While I was inside, the equipment got tangled. I yelled for help but no one helped me. I could’ve been seriously hurt. Other safety concerns happen constantly. This is not a place you want to work at or support, especially if you’re young or inexperienced. The owner told me I’d be back in a week… then ghosted me completely with no explanation. They also threw away my property without notice. Customer interactions? Constantly dealing with pissed off or confused people. And anytime I brought up a concern, it felt ignored — like I didn’t matter. I’ve literally seen the owner ruin HIS friendships over a $16 wash… Machines only get cleaned or maintained if something breaks or physically affects someone’s w

Don’t expect a great job, especially if you have bugs on grill or white vehicle. I even bought their best wash!!! $16+tip. Didn’t get the top or back window either….almost looks worse than before I went in because crud ran off the top. Manager just said sorry that’s the best our machines do, turned around and went back into garage. No free run through or anything. I can rub some of the bug/grime off with my wet finger-that’s ridiculous!!!! Won’t get anymore of my money.
