Metro Wash and Lube

I paid for the extra best wash , didn’t receive tire shine , The inside was barely vacuumed. The outside was not wiped down adequately.The service does not match the amount this establishment prices their washes at.

This is a picture after thier top tier car wash. A vacuum and rag was all that was needed. Don’t bother its a rip off

Disappointing Experience – Visible Scratches on My Brand-New Car I genuinely thought this was a top-tier car wash, but I left extremely disappointed. After my car came out of the wash, the workers began drying it with towels that clearly caused light—but visible—scratches on the surface. On top of that, the towels left behind a lot of small particles, making my car look dusty and unclean instead of fresh and polished. To make matters worse, when I pointed it out, they tried to blame me and claimed the scratches were already there. That’s simply not true. My car is practically brand new with only 2,325 miles on it and is rarely driven. It was in excellent condition before I arrived. I paid $26.26 which is Best Wash. I was in a rush wasn't really paying attention, pressed for time because I volunteer for sick children and we had a ballroom dance of sorts for the kids. When I got to my destination I realized never did they armorall anything, the inside was never touched, except for a quick vacuum, the Matt's we're never cleaned, dashboard wasn't touched, the rear view mirror never cleaned. Don't waste your money or time on this place its.

Went through the car wash, got the 2nd tier package and my car is still dirty (see photo!). Dirt on the inside and on the outside. One of my wipers doesn't work now.
