The best oil change experience I’ve ever had. They have cameras so that you can see all angles of the car being worked on and the staff was so incredibly professional. They even offer soda and water as you wait! Better than Valvoline by far. 5 stars all the way

Stopped in for a quick oil change and it was VERY quick. The technicians were polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy trying to sell all of the extras. I loved that they offered us a beverage upon arrival and we never had to get out of our vehicle. Metro Express has amazing customer service! We will bring all of our vehicles here for regular maintenance. Oh yea, they even had the NFL games playing right outside the car. My husband loved that!

Great customer service! Love coming here to get preventative maintenance done. They recommend service items but zero pressure to get them done. If they see something wrong with your car they will tell you. Beats going to dealer or mechanic for oil change or service where they tell you that you need thousands of dollars of repairs to fix a 20 year old car.

Had a 30 min wait but they accomplished other tasks like windows and tire checks. Recommended a needed service. All was done within 30 minutes of my entering the service bay. I am happy with the service and newspaper with a soft drink.

Metro Express Lube in Star has done it again. I recommend Metro Express Lube to everyone I know. Great service, attention to detail is awesome, expertise 100 out of 100! That and their standard checklist - first rate. Fluid levels, belts, lights, tires, wipers & filters... Outstanding! I won't go anywhere else for maintenance/oil changes.
