Meyers Plaza Co-op Apartments

This is the most unprofessional, trifling, disgusting place to live in. Things aren’t getting fixed, there is mold and mildew in certain places of the apartment. There is a hole in the ceiling of the entrance of the building. Parts of the floors is either caving in or coming up or cracking up. And when you is expressing how you feel about it Zinnia the property manager gets an attitude about it isn’t doing anything about it I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF LIVING

This place is in disarray there's never a steady reliable management here they take forever to fix things that's wrong in your apartment, they hardly ever answer the phone when you try to call the front office they always putting things off or passing the buck. A lot of units are infested with roaches and mice. I moved out of one. They cheap they don't want to buy proper supplies to fix the problem they rather patch up or keep saying they have to find another company the office manager is very rude and likes to talk to you disrespectful and hang up in your face never let you talk always over talking you. Please be advised this was the most unprofessional group of people I’ve ever dealt with. How are you a community trying to help senior citizens you can’t even register them properly. I sent my information in over and over. This was unbelievable and experience for me therefore I have moved on, each experience it’s different. I know that however they should really reevaluate their leasing procedures and their professionalism. Not a very good experience.
