Bought a car in June 2022. The sales rep lied about the car operation and in fact the Subaru Legacy had a major oil leak with a number of gaskets all leaking at the same time . The sales rep said since it was a higher mileage car the dealership does not stand behind any warranty. He referred me to some local mechanics who also said the car needs a new engine . I drove the Subaru for some time thereafter always leaving oil splats on driveways and parking spots and needing to add oil every few days. I should have taken MFG to small claims court , but one I didn’t have the time ( having three jobs ) and two I was not feeling well enough for a court case and dealing with the high paid MFG Prestige motors attorneys so I never initiated the case . in the end I sold the car for thousands less
